Dr. Kenisha

Dr. Kenisha is the founder and host of the TransFORM Growth Conference and the Founder & CEO of TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC.

After 22 years in public education—including 13 years as a principal—she now works with leaders, teams, and organizations to help people change from the inside out.

Known for bringing truth with love, Dr. Kenisha creates learning experiences that invite honest self-reflection, practical application, and meaningful transformation. Her work challenges people to examine how they lead, identify what pressure is revealing, and turn insight into intentional action.

The TransFORM Growth Conference reflects that commitment: creating a space where people can learn, connect, tell themselves the truth, and leave prepared to do something different.
