Conference Format

• Live2Lead Simulcast Speakers: These speakers are world-class industry leadership experts who will bring new perspectives on relevant topics.

• Local Leadership Speakers: These speakers are from Southern California and will bring their content expertise to discuss how they have TransFORMed Failures Into Wins!

• 2024 Transformational Leadership Awards: These local leaders will be honored for their impact and influence upon their industry and the community.

• TransFORM Growth Cohorts (TGCs): Conference attendees will be seated at tables in groups of 8. Each table will be a cohort (TGCs) for the day with attendees at their table. Cohort group members will participate in conversations after the speakers to guide participants in building the framework of their growth plan in their growth workbook, curated especially for the conference. TGCs will be challenged to immediately implement the leadership lessons they learn from local and world-class speakers.

  • TGCs are also designed to support the teams in attendance to have experiential growth as a group and dedicated time throughout the day to dialogue on redefining organizational opportunities as wins.

  • Cross-sectional TGCs will also be implemented during the day so attendees can build new relationships. Ideally, TGCs could choose to continue to be accountability partners for each other beyond the conference.
