About Dr. Kenisha

Dr. Kenisha L. Williams is a speaker, coach, and leadership strategist devoted to helping individuals and organizations lead with clarity, integrity, and impact.

She spent 22 years in public education serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, leading people through complexity, pressure, and real-world challenges. That season formed her leadership at the ground level — where decisions matter, people are diverse, and influence must be earned.

Education shaped her, but it did not contain her calling.

Dr. Kenisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications, a Master’s degree in Education, a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, and a second Doctorate in Ministry. Her academic journey reflects not just achievement, but a lifelong commitment to understanding people, systems, and transformation — both personal and organizational.

In 2018, Dr. Kenisha joined the John Maxwell Team and now serves as an Executive Director, contributing at the highest levels of leadership development. She is a member of the Presidential Advisory Council and serves as a Peer Teaching Partner, and she has facilitated global leadership experiences reaching participants from over 165 countries.

Today, Dr. Kenisha is the Founder & CEO of TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC, where her work is dedicated to developing leaders, strengthening organizations, and guiding individuals toward deeper awareness, alignment, and sustainable impact.

She is known for her ability to connect deeply, speak truth clearly, and challenge people without diminishing them. Those who work with her often describe leaving not just inspired, but clear, grounded, and stirred to meaningful change.

At the center of her life and leadership is her relationship with God, which anchors her values, integrity, and unwavering commitment to living and leading with purpose. While credentials and accomplishments matter, Dr. Kenisha believes true leadership is revealed not by a résumé — but by character, stewardship, and impact.

Her guiding question remains simple:

Was a positive impact made?

Leadership That Moves People — From the Inside Out

I am certified to facilitate, speak, train, and coach — but credentials alone don’t create transformation.

My work helps individuals and organizations build awareness, strengthen leadership capacity, and create meaningful impact in how they lead, communicate, and show up — personally and professionally.

This is not one-size-fits-all development.
It’s intentional, grounded, and designed to last.

Coaching

Personalized leadership coaching for individuals who are ready to lead with clarity, confidence, and alignment.

Through intentional conversation, reflection, and strategy, coaching creates space to identify blind spots, break limiting patterns, and strengthen leadership from the inside out — so that decisions, relationships, and influence align with purpose.

Training

Interactive leadership training experiences designed to strengthen teams, elevate communication, and build practical leadership skills.

Trainings are customized to the organization, grounded in real-world application, and focused on helping participants understand themselves and others, so collaboration improves, and performance follows.

Formats include:
• Group workshops
• Corporate and organizational training
• Nonprofit and community leadership development
• Faith-based leadership training

Speaking

High-impact speaking experiences that challenge thinking, shift perspective, and invite intentional action.

Whether in keynote settings or leadership gatherings, speaking engagements are designed to leave audiences clear, grounded, and stirred to meaningful change — not just motivated for a moment.

Dr. Kenisha

I lead TransFormNation Training & Development, LLC (TFN) — a leadership development company for individuals and organizations ready to grow with clarity, courage, and intention.

This work is not about surface motivation or quick fixes. It’s about awareness, alignment, and building leadership that holds up under pressure.

This work is a fit if you are looking for:

  • leadership experiences that challenge thinking, not just inspire emotion

  • development that strengthens people from the inside out

  • facilitation that creates honesty, clarity, and forward movement

  • training and speaking rooted in real-world leadership, not theory

  • a partner who measures success by impact — not applause

Through TFN, leaders don’t just leave encouraged.
They leave clearer, grounded, and equipped to lead differently.

My guiding question remains simple:
Was a positive impact made?
