Seminar Format

• Live2Lead Simulcast Speakers: These speakers are world-class industry leadership experts who will bring new perspectives on relevant topics.

• Local Leadership Speakers: These speakers are from Southern California and will bring their content expertise to discuss how they have TransFORMed Failures Into Wins.

• TransFORM Growth Cohorts (TGCs): Conference attendees will participate in conversations after the speakers to guide participants in building a framework for their growth plan. TGCs will be challenged to implement the leadership lessons they learn from local and world-class speakers immediately.

  • TGCs are also designed to support the teams in attendance to have experiential growth as a group and dedicated time throughout the day to dialogue on redefining organizational opportunities as wins.

  • Cross-sectional TGCs will also be implemented during the day so attendees can build new relationships. Ideally, TGCs could choose to continue to be accountability partners for each other beyond the seminar.
