For over two decades, I served in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, leading people through pressure, complexity, and real-world challenges.
That season didn’t just shape my leadership - it clarified my calling.
Today, my work is fully devoted to developing leaders and strengthening organizations through speaking, coaching, training, and leadership experiences that move people into deeper awareness, alignment, and impact.
I live to make a positive impact — in every room, every conversation, and every life I touch.
So when the work is done and the moment has passed, there is always one question that matters most:
Was impact made?
If the answer is yes, the work was worth it.
If not, we go deeper - until it is.
At its core, my work is about helping people win - not just in what they do - but in who they are becoming.
